Focus: Challenges concerning leadership presence on the production line.
Scenario 3: Feral Flakes
Location: Saskatoon.
Focus: Issues with frontline obsession, prioritizing the well-being of frontline staff.
Scenario 4: Williwa Seafoods
Focus: Teen health and psychosocial factors affecting workers, referenced from earlier discussions by a speaker named Loen.
Task Instructions for Groups
Choosing a Scribe: Each group is tasked with selecting a scribe to input answers into a system through a QR code provided.
Time Allocation: Groups have twenty minutes to read their respective case studies and answer the two assigned questions. Responses should be submitted one at a time to avoid exceeding character limits.
Tools & Submissions: Participants are encouraged to submit multiple responses if needed, using a mobile phone format.
Encouragement for Discussion: Flexibility in group dynamics is encouraged, with suggestions to find seating for comfort and engage in conversations during the task.
