Glove Defect Description
Category 1: Critical
Description: Defects not conforming to standard usage.
Common Defects:
Crumple Glove (CR): Wrinkles during dispensing.
Bad Polymer Coating (BPC): Improper coating causing roughness.
Defect Color (DC): Color inconsistencies between gloves.
Foreign Material (FMT): Non-compliant substances inside/outside the glove.
Glittering (GL): Shining particles on glove surface.
Sticking (STK): Gloves sticking together during handling.
Category 2: Holes
Description: Holes compromising glove barrier integrity.
Common Defects:
Between Finger (BF): Holes between fingers.
Cuff (CF): Holes at cuff section.
Cracked Hole Small (CHs): Small holes at cracked areas.
Category 3: Major Visual
Description: Cosmetic issues noticeable but do not impact function.
