Upload the LOA to the communications tab in the opportunity, under files.
Data Center Locations
Identified by data center location codes (e.g.,

Terms
Typically on a twelve-month term unless specified otherwise.
For new customers, the default term is Net 15.

Default renewal term: one month with thirty-day notice.

Equinix Considerations
When in an Equinix data center, use the Equinix carrier cross connect scheme.
SKUs
Summit Carrier Cross Connect = standard carrier cross connect.
Extended Cross Connect = used between floors (common in Downtown Chicago).
Pricing and Adjustments
Pricing is listed in the request; verify against the list price ().
Adjust the quantity or price using the pencil icon.
Setup fees do not have specific pricing for each location.
A and Z Points
Update the description with specific details for the A and Z points (data center, room, floor, cage, cabinet, and panel ports).
