Chemotherapy Days: No exercise should be undertaken on chemotherapy days or within 24 hours post-treatment. While previous guidelines suggested otherwise, current evidence substantiates the necessity of rest during these critical periods to minimize adverse effects.
Pre-blood Draws: Engaging in exercise just before blood draws is not recommended as it may influence the results, leading to inaccurate assessments of the patient’s health status.
