Trials produce steadfastness in believers

Believers who lack wisdom should ask God for wisdom

Those who doubt when asking for wisdom will be tossed like a wave in the sea

Life is like a flower that fades

one's own desires is what causes temptation

The role of God’s word in a believer’s life is to obey and follow it

True faith is caring for widows and orphans

One who hears the word and does not follow it is like a man looking at his face in the mirror

Believers should receive the implanted word with meekness

Those who persevere under trial will receive the crown of life

James warns against the sin of partiality

The rich that James condemns are those who oppress the poor

Faith without works is dead
