  • What is the story we want to tell?

  • What is the space in which we want to tell it? Locations and Determining unit set or set with phases?

    • audience space, characters space/stage

    • unit set - house set with different rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom)

    • phases - different moment, can be in a unit set, set at a different time0

  • Restrictions/limitations? (space, budget, casting, script)
