GLOSSOPHARYNGEAL | SENSORY | POSTERIOR OF 1/3 TONGUE: swab cotton test (sweet, sour, bittersweet, spicy) phonation: voice quality while using VOWELS SWALLOWING: examination of difficulty of swallowing the water or something

VAGUS | sensory & motor | Palatal, pharynx control: patient say “AH” to see if the uvula palate is pulling gag reflex: stimulating the back of the throat lightly on each side using a tongue depressor

SPINAL ACCESSORY NERVE | MOTOR | EXAMINE BULK & STRENGTH TRAPEZIUS: shrugging both of the shoulders while pushing the shoulders of the patient while testing the resistance STERNOCLEIDO-MASTOID(SCM): Turn head to each side against resistance (SO ibutang ang point finger ug thumb from behind the ear to the tip of the collarbone and tilt the head to the right and look to the left; vice versa)
