Physical Fitness
The ability to do everyday tasks without becoming overly tired, with enough energy to experience and enjoy free time and face emergencies.
It is a general state of good physical health.
students who are physically fit can attend school everyday and playing and working with friends and classmates.
To be physically fit means to be able to adequately and efficiently perform physical demand imposed on the body. Physical Fitness can be easily understood by analyzing it’s components; HRF , SRF

Cardiorespiratory Endurance
Measures how well the heart, lungs, and muscles can function when doing physical activities from moderate to high intensity levels.
Also referred as cardiovascular endurance.
Muscular Strength
The ability of a muscle to lift and move objects in a single maximum force like push and pull.
Muscular Endurance
The ability of a given muscle or group of muscles to do repetitive contraction against a fixed object for an extended period of time without reaching fatigue.
Can be expressed in executing multiple repetitions.
Flexibility
The capacity of joints or group of joints and muscles to move in a full range of motion.
Body Composition
can help in determining one’s fitness status by indicating potential weight problems like obesity or being underweight, both of which may lead to some lifestyle diseases like cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.
Described as the measure of body fats in relation to fat-free tissue and lean body mass.
If all these HRF components are in good condition, then the body van perform more efficiently.
Agility
Described as the ability to change direction and move your body position quickly while maintaining balance.
Balance
Describes the ability to control body position while standing or moving.
Speed
Described as the ability to move swiftly from one point to another.
Coordination
The body’s ability to produce a smooth and accurate movement simultaneously.
Reaction Time
How quick your body responds.
Power
The ability to exert maximum muscular force in a short time.
