Medications

Ketorolac is a medication used for short-term pain relief. It reduces inflammation and works as a pain reliever. Side effects, stomach pain, nausea, kidney problems, cardiovascular risks, allergic reactions, drowsiness, and impaired cognitive function.

Paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen): Purpose - to relieve pain and reduce fever. Side effects are generally mild but can include liver damage if taken in excessive doses.

Hyoscine butyl bromide (also known as Buscopan): Purpose - to relieve abdominal cramps and spasms. Side effects may include dry mouth, blurred vision, and constipation.

Phytomenadione (also known as vitamin K1): Purpose - to help with blood clotting. Side effects are rare but can include allergic reactions.
