\ Physical health: Over optimal well being of the physical body
\ Warm up: This should increase heart-rate and warm the body’s muscles, ligaments and tendons, in order to reduce possible injury and be ready for upcoming activities.
\ Cool down: Involves low-intensity activities to assist in slowing the heart rate, respiratory rate and body temperature
\ \ FITT principle: An acronym used to guide personal exercise programs for optimal effect. FITT stands for frequency, intensity, time and type (cardiovascular or muscle-building) and involves varying these elements of a program based on individual needs and goals.
\ Flexibility: Ensures your body can move through its entire range of motion without pain or stiffness
Body composition: Body fat composition refers to the amount of fat on your body such as a 100 kg person with a 25% body fat composition will have a lean body mass of 75 kg
\ Power: Refers to a person’s ability to transfer energy into force at a rapid pace also known as explosive body movement
