Primary vs secondary data
Primary: Directly from the source by the researcher.
Secondary: Data not collected directly by the current researcher, but instead by someone else.
Advantages and disadvanatges:
Primary can be more time-consuming and demanding
Primary means there is no doubt about the quality of data.
Secondary can be readily available
Secondary may have inaccurate data

Stress can decrease the health of the microbiome.
