Tips for Setting a Grade 12 Paper
- Follow exam guidelines from the Department of Education:
- Paper must consist of FOUR prescribed poems and ONE UNSEEN poem with a contextual question only.
- Include an essay question for Novel and Drama and a contextual section for Novel and Drama.
- Consider the layout of previous papers as formats have changed recently, primarily using ARIAL 12 Font.
- Typically, one-mark questions are rare in Paper 2 based on past papers.
