Wall Check Soft Launch and Go-Live Dates

  • Wall check soft launch activities are ongoing as of today (unspecified date).
  • The go-live date is scheduled for 05/19.

Paymentus Integration and Basker's Work

  • Basker is currently unifying front-end portals that integrate with the Paymentus back-end into a shared SharePoint app.
  • This unification work is expected to be completed by Thursday.
  • Basker will resume Paymentus back-end development work and attend calls from next week onwards.
  • Any questions regarding whitelisting IPs or notification URLs should be directed to Basker next week.

Paymentus Integration Timeline

  • Development activities for Paymentus integration are scheduled to start this Thursday.
  • The estimated completion date for development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities is mid-July.
  • The go-live for Paymentus integration is planned after DOBA.

DOCC Status in Production

  • DOCC is currently in production.
  • The agent dashboard is available.
  • User groups have been moved over and validated.
  • Object IDs are ready.
  • SAML certificates are ready.
  • Real-time payment notifications are set up.
  • IP addresses have been whitelisted.
  • Connectivity between the wall check certified UAT and the production instance is in progress.

DOCC Logo and Agent Dashboard

  • The logo needs to be corrected in one of the environments.
  • The agent dashboard is accessible via the production environment.
  • User groups and permissions are configured.
  • User accounts are not migrated to production; Single Sign-On(SSO) is utilized for user authentication.

SSO Issue and Troubleshooting

  • An error is occurring with SSO login, preventing access due to an unrecognized IPN.
  • The URL being used starts with federation.
  • LPIQ IDs have been provided for troubleshooting.
  • A defect will be logged for the SSO issue.
  • A meeting may be required with Jesse, the team, and partner resources to resolve the SSO issue.

Production URLs and Testing

  • DME has started pointing the production URLs for payments.
  • The production links are being called from the existing UAT instance.
  • Testing of the SSO and production environment connectivity is ongoing.

Tuesday Meeting and Availability

  • The team usually meets on Tuesdays between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • A meeting can be scheduled at 11:30 AM to discuss any active issues.

Remittance Payments and Test Data

  • A request has been made to escalate getting the jobs for remittance payments to kick off as soon as possible.
  • Dan Brashear was contacted to provide test credit cards and test ACH payments for penny testing in the production environment.
