Bill of Rights (1–10)
1. Freedom of speech, press, religion, petition, assembly.
2. Right to bear arms.
3. No quartering soldiers.
4. No unreasonable searches/seizures (warrants needed).
5. Rights of accused: due process, no double jeopardy, no self-incrimination, eminent domain.
6. Criminal trials: speedy/public trial, jury, lawyer, witnesses.
7. Civil trials: jury trial for cases over $20.
8. No excessive bail, cruel/unusual punishment.
9. Rights not listed are retained by the people.
10. Powers not given to fed gov are reserved to states/people.
