Bảng 1: Mã Hàng

• Mã hàng consists of three parts:
  • First part: Mã Nhà Sản Xuất (Manufacturer Code)
  • Middle part: Mã sản phẩm (Product Code)
  • Last part: Loại Sản phẩm (Product Type)
• Example of manufacturer codes:
  • HP: Tập đoàn Hòa Phát (Hoa Phat Group)
  • HS: Tập đoàn Hoa Sen (Hoa Sen Group)
  • NKG: Tập đoàn Nam Kim (Nam Kim Group)
  • TVN: Tập đoàn Thép Việt Nam (Vietnam Steel Group)
• Product types:
  • C: Cao cấp (Premium)
  • T: Chuẩn (Standard)

Key Requirements

1. Retrieve Manufacturer, Product Type, and Name:

   • Write formula to extract Tên Nhà Sản xuất, Loại sản phẩm, and Tên Sản phẩm using Mã hàng from Bảng 1 referencing Bảng Giá thép (Bảng 2) on Sheet Bảng2-3 (1 điểm).

2. Calculate Đơn giá:

   • Formula: Basing on Tên Nhà Sản xuất, Tên Sản phẩm, Loại sản phẩm, Date of Sale referencing Bảng 2 (1 điểm).

3. Shipping Cost Calculation:

   • Calculate: Phí vận chuyển = Số lượng * Giá vận chuyển (0.5 điểm).
   • Reference pricing in Bảng 3.

4. Total Amount Calculation:

   • Formula: Thành tiền = Số lượng * Đơn giá + Phí vận chuyển.
   • Discount by 5% if sale date is in May (1 điểm).

5. Total Revenue Summary Table:

   • Use Pivot Table to create a summary similar to Bảng 4 (1 điểm).

6. Order Count for Each Manufacturer:

   • Calculate total number of orders for each manufacturer and create a Clustered Column chart (1 điểm).

7. Calculate Total Quantity Sold:

   • Total for each product type and manufacturer.
   • Include details in a table format.

8. Sorting:

   • Sort Bảng 1 in ascending order based on Loại sản phẩm.
   • If Loại sản phẩm is the same, sort in descending order by quantity (1 điểm).

9. Filtering:

   • Extract rows from Bảng 1 where Số lượng > 500 and Tên nhà Sản xuất is not Thép Việt Nam, or where sale date is in May (1 điểm).

10. Copy Bảng 1:

    • Duplicate Bảng 1 for records purposes (1 điểm).

Tables and Formulas

• Bảng 4: Summary table example must include:

  • Tên Nhà Sản xuất, Tổng số đơn hàng, Tên Sản phẩm (for each product and category).

• Bảng 2: Giá thép per manufacturer detailing various dates.

  • Prices for both Cao cấp (Premium) and Chuẩn (Standard).

• Bảng 3: Giá vận chuyển by manufacturer and product type based on quantity thresholds.

  • Larger than 450 yields specific prices for freight.

Example Products and Data Reporting

• Example records include:
  • HP-GO5-C: Thép góc 5x5mm with significant sales.
  • NKG-TR20-C: Thép tròn 20mm sold in high quantities.

Summary Calculations

• Grand total summary by item type across manufacturers.
• Key totals need to include sums for all sales types (Premium & Standard) across different product forms and manufacturers.
