Heart Cells vs. Blood Cells
Heart cells are self-conducting, initiating electrical impulses for heartbeats.
Blood cells are structurally and functionally different from heart cells.

Tissues: Groupings of similar cells working together for a specific purpose (e.g., electrical activity in cardiac tissue).
Organ and System Organization

Examples of Organ Systems:
Gastrointestinal (GI) System:

Cardiovascular System:

Anatomical Terms and Planes of the Body

Frontal Plane: Divides the body into anterior (front) and posterior (back).
Terms:
Anterior: Refers to the front.
Posterior: Refers to the back.
Sagittal Plane: Divides the body into left and right halves.
Terms:
Medial: Closer to the midline.
Distal: Further away from the midline.
