All Apps Plan

  • Access to all apps and services via Creative Cloud: over 2020 desktop and mobile apps. Also available: individual app memberships (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator); student/teacher discounts; Teams plan; occasional promotions.
  • Recommendation: use the All Apps plan.

Creative Cloud Desktop Hub

  • Download apps via Creative Cloud; the desktop app acts as a hub to install/open apps.
  • After installation, you can see and launch apps from the desktop.
  • Ellipses menu on an app lets you install previous versions if needed.

File & Discover

  • File section contains Creative Cloud files on the desktop.
  • Discover area includes Stock, Marketplace, and Quick Actions.

Quick Actions

  • Quick edits for images, video, PDFs without full apps.

Adobe Express

  • Use Express for quick edits (example: remove background).
  • Steps: browse to an image, select remove background; can download after editing.

Creative Cloud Services

  • Available in many apps: Adobe Fonts, Adobe Stock, Creative Cloud Libraries.

Adobe Fonts

  • In the fonts properties panel, browse fonts; sort by script fonts; fonts not yet installed can be previewed; use "Find more" to access additional fonts.
