C6H12O6 → 2C2H5OH + 2CO2

Dissolve glucose in water to form a solution

Place it it in suitable flask

Add yeast to the solution

Place mixture in a water bath between 25-40 degrees

Fit air lock on flask

Reaction completed when effervescence stops

Filter out yeast
