Aqueduct: built by emperor Claudius. It was a series of towers with arches between them that took the weight of the channel; it worked by gravity. Has a gradual downward incline that fills a cistern at its destination.

Caligula: the son of Germanicus, Tiberius' nephew. He succeeded Tiberius in 37 CE and was assassinated by his own bodyguards

Claudius: he was the uncle and successor of Caligula. He was proclaimed Roman emperor at 51 after the assassination of Caligula and the last remaining member of the Claudian line.
