What is project management?

Critical Path: The longest sequence of important tasks in a project that must be completed on time in order for the whole project to finish on schedule.

It shows you:

Gantt Chart: A Gantt Chart is a visual timeline that shows all the tasks in a project and when they will happen.

It helps you see:

  • What tasks need to be done

  • When each task starts and ends

  • How long each task will take

  • Which tasks overlap

  • The overall project timeline

Data Management

In project management is the process of collecting, organizing, storing, tracking, and analyzing information related to a project so decisions can be made effectively.
