Where to find the resources

  • Access on AI Core SharePoint: go to Resources > workshop PowerPoint resources folder.
  • Two PowerPoint files available:
    • accessibility requests workshop slide
    • facilitation strategy bank PowerPoint
  • These slides can be copied and pasted into your workshop deck as needed.

How to insert slides into your workshop deck

  • Copy the desired slide from the SharePoint folder and paste into your deck.
  • Keep source formatting to preserve intellectual property and visual identity compliance.
  • Rename placeholders (e.g., replace placeholder name with your own).
  • Remove unnecessary visual highlights if not needed.

Using the accessibility slide at the start

  • If you want accessibility supports at the beginning, insert the accessibility slide into your Caren Connect workshop.
  • Ensure the slide name is updated and formatting is consistent with your deck.

Exploring the facilitation strategy bank

  • The facilitation strategy bank contains 20 low-prep/no-prep strategies for workshops.
  • Copy any chosen slide and paste into your deck; customize the question/prompt to fit your workshop.
  • Each slide includes speaker notes with guidance on purpose and preparation.

Example: using the First Turn, Last Turn strategy

  • Open the Facilitations Strategy Bank and select "First Turn, Last Turn".
  • Copy the slide, paste into your deck, and keep source formatting.
  • Save after pasting.
  • Customize prompts based on your workshop needs.
