Discussion Post Submission Guide

Interface Navigation and Instruction Viewing

• Instructions appear at the top of the discussion post interface.
• To review the complete guidelines, scroll entirely through the instruction window.
• The submission page utilizes two distinct scroll bars:
  • The first scroll bar operates exclusively within the instructions frame.
  • The second scroll bar controls the remaining outer page content.
• Once the bottom of the instruction frame is reached using the first scroll bar, continue scrolling down using the second scroll bar.
• Scroll until the section designated as "post your assignment below" becomes visible on the screen.

Creating and Submitting a Primary Discussion Post

• Click on the submission interface section to begin composing a response.
• Draft a reply to the main discussion topic using your original content.
• Finalize the initial post by selecting the option to post it to the Forum.

Replying to Classmate Discussion Posts

• Browse the forum after submitting the original post to locate an entry submitted by another student in the course.
• Open the chosen classmate's submission to formulate a targeted response based on their written content.
• Complete the peer reply by selecting the option to post it to the forum.
