Dropship Breakthrough – Help Channels, Community, Coaching, and Rules (Quick Reference)
Getting Help
Primary support channel is support@dropshipbreakthrough.com, and it’s the fastest way to get help. You may also email John or Ben directly, or DM via Facebook/Slack, but these are not primary channels and may be slower or overlooked. Centralized email ensures multiple team members can respond.
Communication Channels
For admin or private matters, use support@dropshipbreakthrough.com; direct DMs can be slower or missed if the recipient is unavailable. Stick to the centralized channel to ensure timely visibility.
Lesson Comments and Community
You can comment on lessons; comments go to Dropship Breakthrough and are visible to all viewers. Do not post personal information in comments. If you have a question, others likely have it too, and responses from the team or others will be visible in the thread.
Community Groups
There is a members-only Facebook group (link below the video and in the description). A public Dropship Breakthrough group exists but is not the priority; Elite members also have a Slack workspace with topic channels (e.g., supply calls, Google Ads, SEO). Slack is searchable and serves as a growing knowledge base of questions, answers, and experiences.
Elite Membership & Coaching
Elite membership upgrade costs per month and unlocks access to the group coaching program, with calls by topic and a schedule in Slack. You also get unlimited access to past group coaching recordings while you’re a member. One-to-one coaching is available as an add-on.
Coaching and Access
Coaches are located in multiple regions (US, Australia, UK, Mainland Europe, and Italy) and have deep experience running high-ticket dropshipping businesses (they’ve done figures in annual revenue). If you join, you’ll receive instructions to join the Slack workspace.
Group Coaching Sessions
Group coaching is offered on a regular basis, covering topics like Google Ads, niche selection, finding suppliers, SEO, and website design. Elite members gain access to all previous recordings and current calls, with schedules published in the Slack announcements channel.
Live Events
Dropship Breakthrough live events are held annually in various regions. Tickets are an additional purchase unless included via promotions or an Elite package. Live events provide face-to-face networking and hands-on learning.
Behavior and Rules
Be excellent to each other. Four key expectations: treat everyone with respect; steer clear of politics and religion in discussions; do not pitch your own products to others; do not copy or share Dropship Breakthrough content or materials without explicit permission from Ben or John (only they can grant permission). All content is protected IP; violations result in removal from the program with no warning and no refund; these rules are aligned with the Terms of Service.
