Flex Rooms

• Currently set up for one resident per room but can accommodate two based on residency needs
• Community restroom shared among 7 to 14 residents

    - Twin XL adjustable height bed per resident
    - Two two-drawer stackable chests per resident
• No desks and chairs currently provided
• Two built-in closet nooks available per room
• No sink or vanity

• Fourth floor features a balcony for residents' use
