Physical activity is essential for overall health and well-being.

What is Physical Fitness?
Physical fitness refers to the body's ability to perform daily activities with vigor and without undue fatigue.
It encompasses different components:
Cardiovascular endurance
Muscular strength
Muscular endurance
Flexibility
Body composition
Being Physically Active
Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week.
Include strength training exercises at least two days a week.
Variety in activities helps maintain interest and engage different muscle groups.
How to Be Active, Injury-Free and Quackproof
Start slowly, especially if new to exercise; progressively increase activity levels.
Use proper technique and appropriate gear to minimize injury risk.
Warm up and cool down adequately; include stretching as part of your routine.
