Andreas Vesalius: Conducted the first human anatomy dissection; known for Comparative Anatomy.
William Harvey: Demonstrated that the heart pumps blood and shows circulation.
Marcello Malphigi: Italian physician and anatomist; founder of microscopic anatomy.
