with fine food, fashion and easy living.
Their music, television and movies are absorbed
by other cultures, becoming part of a wider global conversation.

Numerous industries look to pop culture trends to help define future campaigns
and products, and their ideas
can serve as inspiration.
The superhero universe was a huge topic
of conversation with movies such as Avengers: Endgame, Spiderman Far From Home
and Captain Marvel dominating at the box office.
In an effort to capitalize on this excitement, adidas Basketball and Marvel Studios collaborated on a superhero-themed sneaker. brands leveraged meme culture in 2019 to target a younger demographic. An example of this was seen with Spotify’s ad campaign, that tapped
into common internet tropes to promote its data-driven streaming
and curated playlists, while appealing to Millennials and Gen Z
Popular culture is the way of life in which and by which most people in any society live.
Popular culture is as old as societies. The earliest voices of popular culture were what we commonly called folklore, the voice of the people.
Popular entertainment is exclusively popular culture, but popular culture is not exclusively popular entertainment.
“POP CULTURE IS A REFLECTION OF SOCIAL CHANGE, NOT A CAUSE OF SOCIAL CHANGE.”
