ASSIGNMENT: Who was Herod Agrippa II?
Jesus was around 30 years of age (Luke 3:23).
The first Passover that Jesus attended (John 6:4).
God in three persons:
The bible declares that there is but ONE GOD.
Deuteronomy 6:4.
1 Corinthians 8:4.
Trinity - God, although one, nevertheless exists in three distinct persons:
God the Father is clearly God. Evident from the very first verse of the Bible.
The Son is fully God (John 1:1-4, John 20:28).
The Holy Spirit is fully God (Matthew 28:19, Acts 5:3-4).
Trinitas - "threeness". This does not speak of the three Gods, but of three persons in one Godhead.
Person: a being with a sense of existence expressing itself in knowledge, feelings, and a will.
There are three persons of substances within God, each with knowledge, feelings, and a will. In the case of God, the knowledge, feelings, and will of each person within the Godhead, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, are identical.
Plurality within the Godhead is suggested in the Old Testament, before the incarnation of Christ or the coming of the Holy Spirit.
