Nobles\Lords: These are the king’s friends who force themselves allegiance to the king. In return, the king gives land back to the nobles.
Knights\Vassals: These wealthy lords often have lots of land. These lords split and gave their land to knights who vowed to protect the lords.
Peasants\Serifs: The knights can’t take care of the land, so they hire peasants and serifs to take care of the land. These peasants are provided with protection by the knights and provided food for the knights.
