Near future tense

You use the near future tense to talk about what is going to happen in the future. There are 2 types of french future tense, the near future is easier and uses the verb aller. To translate as ā€˜I am going …’

To create the near future use the correct form of aller (present tense) + an infinitive.

pour example - Nous allons sortir ce soir = We are going to go out this evening

just as a reminder here’s the forms of aller

We go = nous allons

He/She/It = Il/Elle va
