Working Memory Model
Working Memory Model:
Baddeley and Hitch created the working memory model to explain the short term memory.
The WMM is made up of three key components,
the first component is the central executive which manages your attention and separates the information you observe into three ‘slave stores’.
The second area is the phonological loop which retains language based information.
The last is the visual-spatial sketchpad which retains visual and spatial information.
