Dance
There are different ways of expressing and communicating our ideas. We can express it through writing, speaking, singing, etc. But do you know that our body can also communicate just like our voices? One way is through dancing. Dancing is moving our body with the rhythm of music that is being played. There are different types of dances, one of which is called creative dance. Creative dance is a dance that uses improvised movements to communicate an idea, thought, or feeling. We can move our body in a wide variety of ways if we are familiar with dance elements such as:
