Physical Education Study Guide
Students will be able to apply sport-specific skills in a variety of team sports
settings.
Items may ask students to identify the different skills in a particular sport (flag
football, hockey, basketball, volleyball) and recognize those skills in different
games (e.g., flag football—throwing, catching, flag pulling; hockey—shooting,
passing; basketball—dribbling, shooting, passing; volleyball—passing, hitting,
setting, serving, blocking).
Students will be able to select and identify warm-up and cool-down exercises
and techniques for specific sports/activities.
