Possessive Nouns
Add -s to noun
Nouns: Definite Singular
To make the definite form of a noun, take en or ett and put them on to the end of the word
En mobil —> mobile
*There are two t’s when using the word ett but only one t in the end, e.g. ett hus —> huset
*When the noun belongs to the subject, the definite form is often used, e.g. Var är mobilen? —> Where is my phone?

When using it to refer back to an already mentioned noun, you would use den or det
You can use det in a much wider sense without referring to a specific noun, e.g. det är bra
Det är + any adjective
You can use vad + adjective to mean “that is…”
