The first unhealthy behavior I’ve recognized having is a substantial amount of phone usage throughout the day. The other unhealthy behavior I currrenlty indulge in is not meeting my recommended calorie intake. 


Music: organize sounds non (pitch + Pitch)

Melody: A group of single pitches that the ear recognizes as a union

Harmony: 2 or more tones played together

Dissonant: Active harmony that creates tension

Consonant: Inactive harmony that creates resolution

Pitch: Constant frequency Non pitch: no set frequency

Percussion:

Dynamics: How soft or loud music is played

Ledger line: Notes on added lines below or above the staff

Octave: distance between 8 consecutive notes

P: Piano (Soft)

F: Forte (loud)

C: Crescendo, gradually get louder

Tie: curved line that connects 2 notes in the same place

Slur: Curved line that connects 2 notes in different place

Accidentals: # sharp, b- Flat, Sharps c

Chord Progression: Switiching from Chord to another

Enharmonic: 1 note with 2 letters names

Chromatic scale: A scale where you play every note or a scale moving in half steps

Allegro: Fast

Adagio: Slow

The dot: add half the value of the original note

Major scale W W H W W W H

Grad staff: 2 or more staffs connected (even if theres 4, its stil a grand staff)

More than 2 staff signify that multiple people play instrument

Major Scale: Scale mode of whole steps and half steps
