  - Status: No current user story addressing this.
- History Screens Issue: General malfunction affecting other processes like client letters.
  - Urgent need for fixes expressed by staff.

Workarounds:
- Double Applications: Amendments made, ALM 2904 submitted, ticket created.
- Staff still required to use workarounds verbally noted in ticket 2892.
Black Dots Issue:
- Removal Problem: Insurance and previous denial black dots not removed post client approval.
- Recommended actions: Submit a referral or re-run eligibility checks.
