〜なくてはいけない / ならない means "must" or "have to" and is used to express necessity or obligation in a situation.
〜ひつようがある means "there is a need to" and is used to indicate that something is necessary or required in a given context.
〜ことはない・ことはありません means "there is no need to" and is used to express that an action is not necessary in a specific situation.
〜わけだ used to express speaker’s judgement that a circumstance took place as a natural consequence of something
〜わけで is often used to provide a reason or explanation for a situation, indicating that the conclusion drawn follows logically from the preceding information.
〜わけではない means "it's not the case that" and is used to clarify a misunderstanding or to negate a previous assumption, often to emphasize that while a certain condition may apply, it does not fully encompass the situation.
〜わけにはいかない means "it cannot be done" and is often used to express a sense of obligation or circumstance that prevents the speaker from taking a certain action, indicating that while the desire to act may exist, external factors make it impossible.
〜のに in spite of the fact that, contrary to the fact that, even though, although
〜のに express resentment or disappointment when a promise is broken / expectations are unmet
〜のに contrary to fact conditionals to express speaker’s regret about some desirable situation that will mostly likely not happen or that the speaker wishes would have happened
〜いいのに used to give suggestions (sounds a bit like a scolding)
〜のに express the process required to accomplish some goal
