Social Comparison Reports
- Anand Singh will add Kevin to the social pacing check.
- Reports are sent via email with a drive link to download.
- The email includes a screenshot of current discrepancies.
- Example: LatAm is a problem area on Snapchat and TikTok.
- Thresholds:
- Currently at 7% for social.
- Ideally, aiming for 5% across all channels.
M360 and Automation
Current Status
- Search: Kyla is the main point of contact.
Social
- Social lacks a dedicated point of contact after Ali left.
- LATAM issue might be due to incorrect add tier conversions or double-counting in the platform.
DAV (Display Advertising Verification)
Never had a formal one built.
There is a Google Sheet that someone updates with relevant data. Task to contact Shannon to determine who updates this.
There is also Display Deep Dive audit tool built, but the data is over a month old.
The goal is to automate data import and have an automated summary page.
Currently includes spend, conversions, and impressions; clicks will be added.
M360 Display Deep-Dive Audit
Automation
Pull data from the dev looker report for m360.
- Reach out to Shannon to do so.
Display Looker Report: Kevin was tagged on Teams.
Pull Performance by Placement report
WBR (Weekly Business Review): Display team’s current M360.
Display Looker Report
- Use the "Display Looker Report" (Kevin was tagged on Teams).
- Can use the team generated version or make one independently.
- Set date range (last 14 days; remember to add one day to the end date).
- Blank out as much as possible / any value for everything.
- Pull and download the "Performance by Placement" report.
- Copy data into the "M360" tab of the M360 audit tool.
- Delete existing data below the header row before pasting.
- Use "text to columns" if necessary for formatting.
WBR (Weekly Business Review)
- WBR is display team’s current M360.
- Check for an updated version.
- Set date range to match the Looker report: May 4 to May 17. (making the end date to May the 18th)
*Download the report:
- Go to "Advanced data options."
- Select "all results" for the number of rows to include.
- Copy the data from the "raw" tab of the WBR report into the "WBR" tab of the M360 audit tool.
- The data is already pivoted and formatted.
- Troubleshooting Pivot Tables: PivotTable Analyze > Change Data Source to adjust data range if new metrics have been added. It should cover A to DJ.
Updating the M360 Audit Tool
- After pasting the data:
- Refresh the pivot tables on the "Summary" tab (right-click > refresh).
- If necessary, adjust the data source range in the pivot table settings.
- Objective:
- The goal will eventually be to have one of these types of sheets for each of the channels

M360 Audit Tracking
- Update the M360 audit tracking sheet for dev.
- Do the "Display Looker Report" edition by yourself
- Copy the total net difference for each week from existing sheets for other tracking, and start compiling the findings.
- Track progress over the next two weeks and become familiar with existing reports and processes.
Table Checking Date Ranges
- The table checks date ranges were the same between the two tabs.
- It needs to be true: this is one of the main things to not mess up.
- Checks max values in M360 and WBR is equal, and the minimum values are equal.
Airtable Base
- An Airtable base exists for task management (link will be in the out-of-office email).
- Update tasks as needed. Also, add a subtask about anything as simple as "gaining background" just to show something is in progress
- This is used for executive view by Diane.
Future Actions
- After gaining familiarity with the process, take ownership and get creative with improvements.
- Explore the taxonomy report for identifying issues. Kelly is working with some different automations within Teams that could be linked up to to, like, Excel sheets. So, like, maybe we can even create an alert what for when, like, our sheet detects a issue over 10%. Like, it messages the right person. Like, we could work with Kelly on that down the line. I should wanna leave it very open ended, like, you know, let's get creative with how good we can make the process and how straightforward we can.
