Administrative and Project Status Overview

Detailed Punch List Review (Items 1–21)

  • Items 1, 2, and 3: Confirmed to be in the same status.

  • Item 4: Currently in progress.

  • Item 5 (Lobby Wallpaper): Wallpaper has been partially applied in the lobby area. Status across the rest of the floor remains unverified.

  • Item 6 (Water Heater Room):

    • Water heater units have been re-oriented.

    • Pending drywall crew clearance; if drywall workers do not finish by end of day, they may require one additional day.

    • Electrical plan involves pulling wire tomorrow, followed immediately by work in the water heater room.

  • Item 7 (Vaughan Work):

    • Work is currently in progress.

    • Requires addressing the Vaughan in the morning.

    • Requires returning the crimping gun.

    • All torquing tasks for Item 7 are completely finished using the torque wrench.

  • Items 8 and 9 (Signage):

    • Task rests on external responsibility.
