Architectural Painting Styles:
- 1st Style: Masonry Style, made to look like Marble, painted, polychromic masonry
- 2nd Style: Walls opened up by illusionistic paintings of landscapes
- 3rd Style: Celebrating wall space, small emblems
- 4th Style: 3rd Style + 2nd Style, emblem scenes and illusionistic space, busy

## Other Styles/ Forms: - Mosaic: made out of small different colored stones that are cubed
- Tessera/Tesserae: the small stones used to create mosaics
- Most mosaics are made using drawings created specifically for them
- ie Dogs, floral patterns, geometric designs
