PHOSPHORUS 32- cancer detection and treatment, especially in the eyes and skin.
IRON 59- anemia diagnosis
XENON 133- lung damaging
CARBON 14- determines the age of once-living artefacts, such as fossils.
URANIUM 235- establishes the age of non-living objects like rocks.
COBALT 60- kills microorganisms on various foodstuffs, extending the shelf life of the products (e.g. mushrooms, tomatoes, sprouts, and berries.)
