Time is just moving heat

We cling to clocks, but the universe ignores them. Atoms crash blindly with no memory of the past. The only real difference between "before" and "after" is heat. That burn is the only proof that time is moving forward.

The only physical phenomenon that distinguishes past from future is heat. Heat only moves from hot to cold so future is this heat dispersed which is why it’s messy (a state of higher disorder) and can never be reversed.

Your life is a slide into decay. The future is simply the price of heat cooling down. Time isn't a straight line; it is the messy wake of lost energy. Every second that ticks by is just the universe getting a little more broken.

No isolation from the universe

We act like strangers in our own home. We draw a fake line between our bodies and the universe. That is a fatal error. The heat in your blood is the same fuel burning in the stars.

You aren't separate from the cosmos. You are made of its fire. Star dust built your eyes. We are just the universe waking up to look around. When you stare at the night sky, the cosmos is looking in a mirror. The watcher and the show are the same thing. Separation is an illusion.

People think we are separate from nature but we are not.

The matter comprising your body originates from the inside the hearts of ancient stars.

Consciousness is a physical process of the cosmos. We are the universe looking at itself. We are dust that has acquired the ability to wonder, dream, and feel emotions.
