Ritalin/ methylphenidate/ cns stimulant/ add-adhd-narcolepsy/use with caution if you have htn

Bactroban/ mupirocin/topical antibiotic/none

Strattera/ atomoxetine/ nri (norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor/use with caution if you have htn

WEEK 2

Combivent/ Albuterol- Ipatropium / Bronchodilator/ COPD/ NO SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

ProAir/ Albuterol / Bronchodilator/ Prevent Bronchospasm/ NO SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Advair/ Flucticasone- Salmeterol / Bronchodilator / Asthma + COPD/ ( Can lead to fungal infections in the throat - rinse after use)

Spiriva/ Tiotripium/ Bronchodilator/ COPD- Emphasema/ NO SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Flonase/ Flucticasone/ Corticosteriod/ Nasal Conjestion- Allergies/ (Not intended for children younger than 4 years)

Aristocort/ Triamcionolone/ Corticosteriod/ Allergies/ NO SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Xolair/ Omalizumab/ Monoclonal Antibody/ Asthma- Chronic Hives- Nasal polyps/ NO SPEICAL CONSIDERATION

Singulair/ Montelukast/ Leukotriene Inhibitor/ Asthma/ ( Can cause a new or worsening mental problems)

WEEK 3

Prilosec/Omeprazole/ PPI (proton pump inhibitor)/ GERD Zollinger- Ellison Syndrome)/ SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN 14 DAYS IN A ROW.. can cause kidney issues

Pepcid/ Famotidine/ H2 Antagonist/ Heartburn/ NONE

Protonix/ Pantoprazole/ PPI (proton pump inhibitor)/ GERD- Zollinger Ellison Syndrome/ Can cause kidney issues or osteoporis

Zantac/ Ranitidine/ H2 Antagonist/ Heartburn-GERD/ HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM THE US MARKET

Aciphex/ Rabeprazole/ PPI (proton pump inhibitor)/ GERD-Zollinger Ellison Syndrome/ can cause kidney issues or osteopsoris

Dyrenium/ Triamterene/ Potassium-Sparring Diuretic/ Edema-Heart Failure- Cirrhosis/ Do not take if you have severe kidney or liver disease

Aldactone/ Spironolactone/ Potassium-Sparring Diuretic/ Heart Failure- HTN-Hypokalemia/ NONE

Benicar/ Hydrocholorthiazide- Oimersartan/ Thiazide Diurectic- ARB/ HTN/ DO NOT TAKE IF PREGNANT

Avalide/ Hydrocholorthiazide- Irbesartan/ Thiazide Diurectic- ARB/ HTN/ DO NOT TAKE IF PREGNANT

Hyzaar/ Hydrocholorthiazide- Iosartan/ Thiazide Diurectic-ARB/ HTN/ DO NOT TAKE IF PREGNANT

Renvela/ Sevelamer/ Phosphate Binder/ Chronic Kidney Disease/ Do not use if you have bowel obstructions

Cataflam/ Diclofenac/ NSAID/ Pain- Osteoarthritis/ Black Box Warning: can increase risk of fatal heart attack or stroke

Celebrex/ Celecoxib/ NSAID- COX inhibitor/ Pain-INFLAMMATION/Black Box Warning: can increase risk of fatal heart attack or stroke

Relafen/ Nabumetone/ NSAID/ Pain-INFLAMMATION/Black Box Warning: can increase risk of fatal heart attack or stroke

Aleve/ Naproxen/ NSAID/ Pain-INFLAMMATION/Black Box Warning: can increase risk of fatal heart attack or stroke

Mobic/ Meloxicam/ NSAID/ Pain- INFLAMMATION/Black Box Warning: can increase risk of fatal heart attack or stroke
