1.) Motor vehicle laws of Delaware and other states do not give anyone the Right-of-Way. The law describes who is to yield the right-of-way. When you can prevent a Crash by yielding the right-of-way, regardless of who was supposed to yield, it is of course the right thing to do!

Steady red arrow-FUll stop. You can't proceed in the direction of a steady red

Flashing red arrow-Turns are permitted in the direction of after full Stop

Steady yellow arrow-When you are to close to stop safley continue through intercection with care

Flashing yellow arrow-The indicated direction is permitted arter yielding to opposing traffic & pedestrians.

Steady green arrow- Proceed to direction of the arrow. Must yield to all pedestrians e vehicles already lawfully

They are usually yellow with black lettering or symbols; and mostly diamond Shape. They warn you to slow down and be prepared to stop if necessary.

Most guide signs are ReCtangular (four sided) in shape with White letters on a Green background. The grrow points in the direction you should go to read the names place (p. 75).

When Approaching or Driving Through a Work Zone. Stay Alert for changing traffic patterns and slowing or stopped traffic. Stopped traffic may be hidden around a CUrVe or over a hill. Pay close attention to traffic signs and other devices, such as Cones, that are placed to safely guide you through the work zone. Obey the directions of the police and the _flaggers (p.76).

1. Be in right approach lane. (turn right on left lane, left / uturn→ anylane)

3. Watch For bicyclists and allow for them to merge into entry lane

32.) Pedestrians walk on the right side of the road. Bicycles are to follow all of thesame rules of the road as automobiles.

1. Reversible Lanes: These lanes are usually marked by double-broken yellow lines. There may be signs posted by the side of the road or overhead. A green arrow means you can use the lane beneath it; a red "X" means you cannot. A steady Yellow "X" means that the use of the lane is changing and you should move out of it as soon as it is safe to do so. (pg. 86)
