Roles and Responsibilities
- All staff must complete security training and understand their responsibilities
- Test Administrators (TAs) have specific training and monitoring duties
- CTCs and STCs monitor adherence to security protocols
Prohibited Actions During Testing
- Do not discuss or disclose test questions
- No unauthorized devices (cell phones, etc.) in testing areas
- Cannot modify or assist students with answers
- Strict confidentiality regarding student testing data
Monitoring During Testing
- TAs and Proctors must ensure compliance with allowed materials/devices
- Report any irregularities immediately to CTC/STC and IDOE
Common Test Security Violations
- Unauthorized materials or devices present
- Coach students or allow answer sharing
- Late or missing secure materials
Reporting Violations
- Immediate reporting to relevant coordinators and IDOE
