Dear xxxxx, I hope this email finds you well.

I write to you on behalf of a group of students who wish to organize a series of talks at the campus of the University of the Hague of Applied Sciences on the current Genocide occurring in occupied Palestine.

We would be honored if you could contribute to this series by participating in one of our talks which is set to happen in March.

We understand that your schedule is very busy hence why we haven’t set any specific date yet for the talk, as we would be happy to accommodate to your schedule.

Your insights and expertise are valuable to us. Therefore, we respectfully propose that the theme of the talk be aligned with your recognized proficiency. While judiciously drawing connections to the prevailing discourse on the current Genocide in occupied Palestinian territories. .

As students who care about the Palestinian cause it is essential for us that the right language is used around the current Genocide and the political situation in occupied Palestinian territories. “Hence why we hope that during the talk the same importance is given to using the right language”. Given that biases at times manifest subtly and unintentionally, but nevertheless undermine our shared cause, we trust you are cognizant of this matter

We are eager to collaborate with you to create a meaningful and engaging talk.

Best regards,

xxxxx
