7.0 for an average adult
6.0 for average adult female
Lubricate the outer surface of NPA ensuring that gel does not occlude the end or internal bore.
Insert bevel facing septum try right nostril first.
If resistance is felt;
Twist/rotate NPA slightly
Change nostril
Use smaller NPA if avalible.
