• Two microchip scanners are located in the pharmacy area.

• Devices must be checked daily to ensure they have sufficient battery power.

Battery Status and Charging Procedure

• To check the status, flip the switch to the "on" position and observe the battery icon on the display.

• To charge the device, slide off the back cover and remove the rechargeable battery.

• Connect the battery to the provided USB cables and power bank plugged into the wall.

Charging Safety and Availability

• Important: Scanners must not be left to charge overnight.

• Charging should be conducted only while staff are present in the clinic.

• Maintaining two scanners ensures that a functional device is always available if one is dead or currently charging.
