Zero Conditional - Примеры:

  • If you heat water to 100°C, it boils.

  • If you don't sleep enough, you feel terrible.

  • If you mix red and blue, you get purple.

  • If it rains, the ground gets wet.

  • If you eat too much sugar, you gain weight.

First Conditional - Примеры:

  • If it rains tomorrow, I will stay home.

  • If you don't hurry, we will be late.

  • If she passes the exam, her parents will be really happy.

  • If I get this job, I will move to London.

  • If you eat my pizza, I will never forgive you.

Second Conditional - Примеры:

  • If I had more money, I would travel every month. (но денег нет)

  • If she spoke English fluently, she would get that job. (но пока не говорит)

  • If I lived in London, I would go to pubs every weekend. (но я не живу в Лондоне)

  • If I were you, I would invest in this. (were для всех лиц!)

Third Conditional - Примеры:

  • If I had started earlier, I would have finished by now. (но я не начал)

  • If she had studied harder, she would have passed the exam. (но не учила)

  • If we had known about the traffic, we would have taken a different road. (но мы не знали)

  • If I hadn't met him, I wouldn't have started this business. (но я встретил)
