Gratuitous - "without cause" or "unnecessary."

Practicable - able to be done or put into practice successfully

Reclamation - the process of claiming something back or of reasserting a right

Disseminate - to scatter or spread widely (to a lot of people)

Meritorious - deserving reward or praise

Preponderance - a superiority in weight, power, importance, or strength

Inimical - tending to obstruct or harm

Authoritarian - favoring or enforcing strict obedience to authority, especially that of the government, at the expense of personal freedom

Oligarchy - a small group of people having control of a country, organization, or institution

Expropriate - (especially of the state) take away (property) from its owner

Stratified - formed or arranged into strata or layers or divided into levels or classes based on social status, education, or income.

Ossified - to become or change into bone or bony tissue/ to become or make hardened or set in one's ways.

Sanctimonious - making a show of being morally superior to other people.

Sententious - given to moralizing in a pompous or affected manner.
